Old Economy Village will have 19th century trade demonstrations and other exciting activities every Saturday from April through September. Today’s topic is the decorative arts.  Harmonists made their own furniture and bought some from the local area.  They also purchased artwork early in the 19th century.  See these and other decorative arts of the Harmony Society today.

The interpreters will be available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.  To enter the Village, Visitors must first pay admission at the Visitor Center, 270 16th St., Ambridge, PA 15003.  We encourage visitors to take a tour of the Village to understand the unique story of the Harmony Society.  Tour times are 10:30 a.m., Noon, 1:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m. If people want to wander through the grounds they are allowed to do so with a regular admission fee.
