An Introduction to Basket Weaving class will be featured on Saturday, March 23 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sandy Smailer has many years of experience with textiles and fiber arts and is an active volunteer at Old Economy Village. She will teach the basics of basket weaving. Each student will make a simple traditional basket with a handle during this class to take home with them.
